As director of new Markets tax credits, Cyle brings over 15 years of tax credit experience to his role and is responsible for managing Affordable Equity Fund’s Federal New Markets Tax Credit Program. This includes leading the NMTC application process, managing the NMTC advisory board, facilitating the identification and closing of eligible investments and overseeing compliance and reporting. In addition, Cyle provides similar programmatic initiative oversight and assistance for Sutherland Capital’s state rural funds.

Previously, Cyle focused on tax credit applications and financial services at Advantage Capital Partners and Cherry Bekaert. Additionally, during his tenure at Novogradac & Company LLP, he provided tax credit and financial services including audit and taxation, compliance, final cost certification, structuring, forecasting and applications. He worked closely with the Novogradac NMTC Working Group, a membership organization that is highly regarded for its effort in addressing technical programmatic issues surrounding the NMTC industry.

Mr. Reissig received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Georgia State University and is licensed in Georgia as a certified public accountant.
